High-strength, high-temperature polymer used in aerospace, medical, and chemical equipment.
PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) is a high-performance thermoplastic offering excellent mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and thermal stability up to 250°C. It is lightweight, wear-resistant, and biocompatible, making it ideal for aerospace, medical implants, automotive, and semiconductor industries. PEEK maintains performance in demanding environments, even under high stress, pressure, or chemical exposure. Its properties can be enhanced with a range of fillers - from glass, to carbon, PTFE and molybdenum disulphide. It can be machined to tolerances as low as 10 microns.
