1. Short Neutral Sections

Short neutral sections are essential elements in overhead power lines for railways. They provide a valuable buffer between sub-station power lines and prevent short circuits.

These assemblies are a complex arrangement of various steel and copper elements designed to withstand considerable tensile loads. At the core of the assembly, however, are proprietary insulating materials such as fibre reinforced polymers and specially compounded and extruded PTFE. The FRP is designed to take considerable mechanical strain, while the PTFE is designed to withstand high voltages and absorb the repeated wear strain applied by the constant movement of pantographs over the short neutral section.

To ensure long-term effectiveness and durability, our short neutral sections have undergone extensive testing for load, high-voltage, and wear resistance.

2. Measuring Chambers

3. Heat Exchangers

Poly Fluoro manufactures corrosion-resistant PTFE heat exchangers for use in chemical processing, semiconductor, water treatment, and industrial fluid handling applications. 

Using our in-house capabilities in extrusion, machining, welding, and bonding of PTFE, we are able to tailor solutions that match the client requirements exactly.

PTFE heat exchangers offer excellent resistance to acids, solvents, and corrosive media while reducing scaling, fouling, and maintenance requirements.
