Poly Fluoro has the capability to mould polymer ferrules with a variety of fillers including glass, carbon, bronze, graphite, PTFE, and graphene. Customised fillers and concentrations can also be provided.
We also have the capability to machine parts to tolerances as low as 10 microns. Our state- of-the-art machine shop has turning, turn-milling, and milling capabilities of up to 5-axes.
