Poly Fluoro has the capability to mould polymer manifolds up to diameters of 250mm with a variety of fillers including glass, carbon, bronze, and graphite. Customised fillers and concentrations can also be provided.
We also have the capability to machine to tolerances as low as 20 microns. Our state-of-the- art machine shop has turning, turn-milling, and milling capabilities of up to 5-axes. This allows us to machine to a level of complexity unattainable by regular machining operations.
Further, our testing labs allow us to check key properties and dimensions specific to the polymer. Special testing rigs can be designed to ensure that leak tests and pressure tests are conducted in-house, before dispatch.
