At Poly Fluoro, we combine an extensive knowhow on PTFE blending techniques with CNC controlled extrusion and measuring equipment to offer customized solutions as required by our clients.
PTFE extrusions can be infused with fillers of glass – for better wear properties – or carbon (for anti-static properties), pigmented for identification, and even made in non-circular profiles to match the assembly requirements of our clients’ end applications.
Our ability to modify fillers, offer non-standard wall thicknesses up to 4mm, and even bend tubes as needed makes us unparalleled in our expertise as a PTFE tube manufacturer.
